About us
Posh Pads Grooming is owned by 34 year old Faye Evans who has been a huge animal lover all her life. Her interest in animals began at a young age when being surrounded by horses. This interest soon grew and Faye began working at a local Kennels & Groomers, grooming the dogs before departing to their owners. Faye's role was to ensure each dog went home smelling and looking beautiful.
After all her hard work and dedication Faye took the challenge to open her own dog grooming salon 18 months down the line. Posh Pads Grooming was then born, established in 2013.
Fayes business soon started to flourish and after working solo for a few years she decided to take on another hard working groomer, her sister Lisa Roythorne.
Faye with her level 3 City & Guilds certificate in dog grooming, and Lisa with her level 2 certificate soon became the hard working duo you would find today if you visited the salon.
It is Faye and Lisa's aim to keep updated with new dog grooming regulations and skills. As a result the pair frequently visit seminars to help keep up to date with all new information and breed styles.
Faye and Lisa are guaranteed to provide a high quality service and support you the best they can with any grooming requests you may have. Please feel free to contact us by using the information on the Contact Us page.
Posh Pads Grooming is a very stylish salon, situated in the heart of Bewdley. Here at Posh Pads we are dedicated to keeping the grooming experience stress free, we work on a one to one basis to ensure our focus is on Your Dog. The average time for a full groom is usually ninety minutes to two hours depending on the size of your dog and the coat condition.
When the groom is finished your dog is placed on a clean towel and attached to a lead hook to wait for your prompt arrival. We do not have cages within the salon because we do not believe in them. The dogs comfort after a groom or bath is our main priority.
We recommend regular grooming as it not only promotes healthy skin and a healthy coat but can give us the opportunity to notice any minor infections, lumps, bumps or even parasites you may not have noticed, and as an added bonus your dog looks, feels and smells fantastic!
